This project consisted of a new build single storey dwelling with entrance hallway, central dining area with internal oriental garden, study, bar area, sunken lounge, kitchen with pantry and extensive external covered and uncovered patio areas, utility room, cloak room and toilet, master bedroom with walk through dressing room and ensuite, guest bedroom with ensuite and two further bedrooms with central bathroom, together with two car integral garage, plant room, external garden store and remote single car garage.
Full mechanical and electrical installations, with whole house heat recovery ventilation, solar thermal hot water generation, automatic controls with remote dial in facility, access controls, blind and curtain controls and low energy lighting throughout.
